Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you, subject to stock availability. The contract of the sale of the goods will not be in place until the goods are delivered to you at the address given to us. This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Cancelling your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund. You must inform Wat’s On via e-mail to sales@watsonfashion.co.uk or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number. If orders have been shipped, you will need to return the order to us.
